About this Event

HOLISTAL is proud to host this breakfast meetup series dedicated to growing the conversation around healthier workplace cultures.

Do you find yourself constantly trying to build up new habits or get rid of the bad ones: trying to achieve more, trying to eat healthier, exercise more, be more productive? All of this while still juggling all your work and personal obligations. It can be overwhelming and it’s easy to let our good resolutions slip or abandon them altogether.

In a society where all the answers to our questions seem to be on the internet, we may lack the time or techniques to implement the changes into our busy life.

In this interactive workshop, we will discuss:

– The main challenge in building a more balanced and effective life.

– The one thing you should focus to start seeing changes.

– A simple framework to implement organization and intention into your busy day-to-day schedule.

This week’s guest speaker is Orlande Bidaux, Business Transformation Manager at Sanofi Pasteur. Orlande is an active mentor, author and speaker, empowering individuals from all backgrounds to explore their own potential.

She helps individuals and organizations adapt to rapidly evolving environments by putting new technologies and methodologies at the center of human interactions and development.

After living in 6 different countries on 3 continents so far, she has yet to find the perfect answer to ”Where do you come from?”. Regardless of country or city, her favorite place is the local public library. Booknerd, philosophy, psychology, space and brunch enthusiast, she is a true introvert turned social connector.

If you’re also a fan of those topics or curious about how to make your life or your organization more organized and effective, connect with her on LinkedIn.

A healthy breakfast will be provided to start you off on the right foot for the day! Please RSVP by Monday November 11.
