Speaker #1: Magnus Billgren, founder, and CEO of Tolpagorni Product Management

Magnus Billgren is a Product Guy. He has been developing and rolling out products throughout the globe in different settings. But always technology-intensive products in the B2B space.

He has created products that have generated billions in turnover. Industrial tools, CRM system, Neurosurgery equipment, Telecom switches, IoT platforms, Car diagnostics, Diving gear and more. Magnus has guided Product Managers to success in different technology & market environments. Product Management tools like Value Tree®, PMA, Product SoundTrack® and Value Development Model bear his signature. He has also built and sold two IT companies (in CRM and digital communication).

He is the founder of Tolpagorni Product Management, one of the largest Product Management Companies in the world. He is a founding member of ISPMA. He contributes in research for Product Marketing, Business modeling, Product Planning and sits on the steering board for university projects. With an educational background in Engineering, Business, Philosophy and Industrial Design he takes on projects from holistic but yet pragmatic point of view.

Speaker #2: Hanifa Nalubowa, Career Coach, and Life Coach

After completing her master’s degree in business and working in London, Hanifa moved to South America where she started her own retail business and discovered the job that got her out of bed with a smile every single workday- helping others achieve their objectives. With her global background, experience and aptitude for adapting to changes, coupled with a passion for working with people, she entered the coaching world to assist others with their transformational goals. Working as a coach for a leading career transition and leadership development corporation, she coached multiple executives from diverse backgrounds, levels, and ages; helping them define career and personal development objectives, in addition to implementing action strategies through individual coaching and workshops.

In her presentation, she will share her experience on what to consider when setting life and career goals during different life stages.
